I have week 13 pictures!
 

Welcome to my weight lifting page. Here you will find pictures of my progress, along with other stuff I think is cool.
As of week 11 Wednesday, Ive lost 8 inches from my waist.

I consider myself a work in progress. Check out my lifts and stats:
18 years old, 5'5 1/2, 210lbs +/- (depends on water intake), waist 36 inches. Biceps 16.5 inches. Legs 27.5.

Bench 250lbs x 2 reps
Squat 400lbs x 1 rep
Deadlift 400lbs x 1 rep
 
I use strip sets for my poundages, which is why I have the weird weights. This way I can get the exact weight I am able to lift, strip some weight, then do more. This also allows me to do super sets, along with strip sets, a great training technique I've employed.
 
Of course, all done raw to the bone baby! Heh, check back often guys will be updated. Like I said, I'm a work in progress.

Sorry I dont have pictures from the beginning, but I do have measurable progress from the start in inches. My lifts have gone up, and no bodypart has gone down except my waist, and I make weekly progress and if I stall its for a matter of days, and by stall I don't mean ketostix as that is not an accurate measure (i find it is motivating). Please comment on what you think of my body in progress. And if you don't like, well check back because I guarantee it, you will! :) l8r - Dan
